Growth Marketing

Growth marketing differs from traditional marketing in scope and method: it optimizes the full customer journey rather than just top-of-funnel awareness, and it operates by hypothesis and experiment rather than annual plan.

In practice that means instrumenting every funnel stage, identifying the binding constraint (traffic? conversion? retention?), and concentrating effort there instead of spreading budget evenly across channels.

For small and mid-sized businesses, growth marketing’s real gift is discipline: a weekly rhythm of measure, hypothesize, test, and keep, applied to a focused set of channels, beats sporadic campaigns on every channel.
