Month 12
100% of the design, content, and code IP transfers to your business entity. You have built full digital equity.
Month 13+
You own the asset. You can choose to continue the $300/mo management, or take the files and host them anywhere you like.
Need to exit early? No problem.
We know business is volatile. If you need to exit the agreement and take your website before the 12 months are up, you can trigger the "Buyout Formula".
