It’s not that agencies are necessarily trying to rip you off; it’s just that their business model is totally broken. You drop thousands of dollars upfront for a site that may or may not actually work, and then the agency disappears. Unless, of course, you want to pay even more for "maintenance" or expensive hourly rates that stack up fast.

How the Work Actually Gets Done
I lead every engagement and I do the work. When a piece calls for a specialist, a photographer, an illustrator, a developer for something outside my depth, I bring one in and I stay accountable for what they deliver. You do not get handed to an account manager, and you are never explaining your business to someone new.

Speed isn't a magic fix, but it’s important. It helps people find you and keeps them from leaving your site. Honestly, it shows your customers that you actually care about their experience.
I do the homework first.
Before a single line of code is written, I dig into your business and your customers. I research how your buyers actually talk about the problem, so the site is written for them rather than for you.

I don’t build the site and walk away. I host it, I integrate your tools, and when you need a change I just make it. No questions, no hidden fees.
Why I operate differently.
The "Website as a Service" model is catching on. There are other guys offering low upfront costs and unlimited tweaks. But very few are as obsessed with your long-term growth as I am.
