Conversion Audit

Updated

A conversion audit answers one question: where does this site lose people who wanted to buy? It triangulates quantitative evidence (funnel drop-off, form abandonment, device-level conversion gaps) with qualitative evidence (session recordings, heuristic review) to locate the leaks.

The output should be a prioritized backlog, not a report that admires the problem: each issue scored by likely impact, evidence strength, and implementation effort, so the highest-return fixes ship first.

Audits beat redesigns. Most underperforming sites need ten targeted fixes, not a new design, and the audit is how you find the ten.
