Privacy policy

Better Off Growth builds and markets websites from Maryville, Tennessee. This page describes what information this site collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms plus standard analytics about how the site is used, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, current website, and your message. The client onboarding questionnaire asks about your business, goals, and project details. We use this information to answer you and to scope your project. Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the message contents in order to deliver them.
The onboarding questionnaire saves a draft of your answers in your own browser's local storage as you type, so a closed tab does not lose your work. That draft stays on your device until you submit the form or clear your browser data.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, and where visits come from. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We read this data in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to serve pages and protect against attacks, and keeps standard server logs.
Services we rely on
Four third-party services touch visitor data, each only as far as its job requires. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the spam check on our forms. Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox. Google provides Tag Manager and Analytics 4. Cal.com powers the meeting scheduler on the contact page; if you book a call, the details you enter there are handled by Cal.com under Cal.com's privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. We share form submissions with no one outside Better Off Growth except the delivery services named above.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. If you want a copy of the information you have sent us, or want it deleted, email tim@betteroffgrowth.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If how the site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date above moves. Questions belong at tim@betteroffgrowth.com.
